Pick-up & Delivery

Pick-up and delivery will be scheduled in agreement with the customer. If you’re not available at the agreed time/location, rescheduling may attract a small fee.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

Garment Handling & Liability

We treat every garment with care and professionalism. While we do our best to inspect and handle delicate clothing, we are not responsible for: Items with undisclosed damages (tears, stains, loose buttons). Items without proper care labels.

Color bleeding or shrinkage from manufacturer defects. In the rare event of loss or damage: Our maximum liability shall not exceed twice the cleaning cost of the item.

Customer Responsibilities

Check your clothing upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

Remove valuable items from clothing before handing them to us. We are not responsible for items left in pockets (e.g. money, jewelry, documents).

Payments & Pricing

Prices are as displayed on the website or communicated during booking. Payments must be made in full before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

You may cancel your booking up to 3 hours before the scheduled pickup.
